Thank You to the SSVP for hosting the Seniors Christmas Party last Sunday. A

lovely afternoon was had by all.

 

 

Children’s Christmas PartySunday 21st December 2pm-4pm. There is no charge for the party, but we ask parents to bring along some party food on the day. Please sign your child(ren)’s name(s) on the list in the porch and add the party food you can bring along. We look forward to seeing all the children there!

Votive Candles: In the interests of safety, please do not put votive candles onto the foil tray underneath the candle holders. This is a fire hazard. Thank you.

 

Parish Social on Saturday, 3rd January 2026: Thank you to those who have signed up for the Chip Shop Parish Social.  This event is now full.  It would be appreciated if anyone still to pay can give the money to a member of the Parish Social Committee, who will be collecting after Masses this weekend.  Arrangements for the evening are: 6 pm start; Tea/coffee available on arrival; Burntisland Fry to deliver food between 6.30-7.00 pm; Tea/coffee, home baking, biscuits and chocolates provided for after the meal. Bring Your Own Bottle - you are welcome to bring your own bottle of juice or alcohol to enjoy during the evening

 

Educamus Tuition: Thank you once again for the book donations earlier in the year. The target of 200 books was achieved and they will be distributed as part of the Christmas hampers being delivered to the less fortunate in central Scotland. 

 

Exhibition of Ukrainian Icons: Saturday 27 December, 11 am to 4 pm - We are privileged to have chance to show 11 icons painted by Ukrainian artists onto Ammunition box lids that have come from the war zone in Ukraine. Free entry to the exhibition, cash donations invited. Donations after expenses go to medical charities working in Ukraine; for any icon sold 30% goes to the artist. The exhibition needs volunteers to set up, take down and staff it – if you can do an hour or two on 27 December, please get in touch!   Enquiries and volunteering: revelaine212@gmail.com

 

Diploma in Catechetics - register now: Explore the richness of the Catholic faith in 2026 by taking the Diploma in Catechetics. The popular course is run by the Archdiocese and takes place at 7:30pm each Thursday on Zoom, starting on 22 January. Be quick, places limited to 100. Cost £220.
