Thank You to all who Gift Aid their contributions to the Church. We recently received a payment of £5800 from the Inland Revenue, with a further payment awaited. If you are a UK taxpayer you can boost your donations to the Church by 25p for every £1 you donate. Gift Aid forms are available in the Sacristy.

 

Holydays of Obligation: The Bishops Conference of Scotland announce the following changes. When the Solemnities of SS Peter & Paul and the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary fall on Saturday or Monday they will be transferred to the adjacent Sunday. When the solemnity of All Saints falls on Saturday it will be transferred to the adjacent Sunday, when it falls on Monday it is kept on that day with obligation. These changes to the calendar will take effect from the first Sunday of Advent, 2018.
